Public memorial set for Wyong SES commander Matt le Clercq
A large turnout is expected at The Art House in Wyong, with those attending advised to arrive early for parking before the 2pm service.

Friends, family, SES volunteers and Central Coast community members have been invited to a public memorial for NSW SES Wyong Unit Commander Matt le Clercq on Monday, July 6.
The service will be held at 2pm at The Art House, 19-21 Margaret Street, Wyong.
The NSW SES Wyong Unit, Matthew’s family and Gorokan High School are inviting people to gather to honour his life and service.
Matt was remembered as a husband, dad, family man, volunteer, leader and friend who served the Central Coast community with compassion, humility and commitment.
His leadership, kindness and dedication to helping others were described as having touched many lives and continuing to inspire NSW SES volunteers.
Organisers anticipate a large attendance and have advised people to arrive ahead of time to find parking and make their way to the venue.
The announcement also extended thoughts to Matt’s wife Monique, his family, friends, NSW SES colleagues and Gorokan High School colleagues.
